These terms describe the basic rules for using MarketHub.

Payments

Payments are processed through Paynow, including supported EcoCash and card payment methods. MarketHub does not receive or store your Paynow PIN or card details.

Paynow settlement to MarketHub is not instant. Funds reflect after Paynow's own end-of-day settlement, so a seller's balance or payout may not update immediately even after a buyer's payment shows as paid. MarketHub is not responsible for delays caused by Paynow's settlement schedule.

MarketHub currently pays out seller earnings according to this schedule: Every Tuesday. This will move to faster payouts once MarketHub becomes a Paynow Verified Merchant.

Refunds and disputes

Use the existing refund-request flow for eligible refund requests. We may review order details, payment records, and messages before deciding how a request or dispute should be handled.

Acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and use MarketHub lawfully. Do not create fraudulent, misleading, stolen, unsafe, or prohibited listings; impersonate another person; manipulate payments or reviews; harass other users; or misuse another user's account or personal information.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. MarketHub may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these terms or create a risk to other users.
